Sliding Gate Motor

The BFT Ares Sliding Gate Motor is a commercial grade motor suitable for heavy residential including steel and timber gate's and light-medium sized industrial application's. It is capable of pushing gates up to 1500kg capacity rolling on flat level ground.

The BFT Ares has been a proven reliable sliding gate motor here in Australia as it has used for over 10 years. A 2018 update version includes new control board functions and a updated modern look.

• Control unit with LCD display, self-learning and self-diagnostic functions.

• This version powered at 24 V has been specially designed for simpler and faster installation in compliance with latest safety standards.
• External transformer option available and Solar friendly. (Don't have to have powerpoint at gate)
• Obstruction sensing device which reverses the motion should the gate come into contact with a vehicle or pedestrian. (We still recommend photo sensors)
• Optional battery back-up can be fitted within the operator casing.
• Optional larger drive cog to increase speed to 16m/min (750kg gate capacity)
