The NICE Robus 400kg represents the latest advancement in sliding gate automation, engineered for high-duty residential and light commercial applications. This system features a 24 Vdc irreversible motor with integrated control unit and radio receiver, delivering reliable performance across gate weights up to 400kg (Robus 600HS extends to 600kg with enhanced torque output).

Key technical specifications include IP44-rated outdoor enclosure, operating temperature range of –20°C to +55°C, and optimised low-voltage 24V architecture supporting optional external transformer or solar integration. The motor incorporates mechanical efficiency improvements through friction reduction and enhanced thermal management, with a highstrength gearbox designed for intensive cycling applications. Control capabilities encompass adjustable torque, speed, ramp-up and ramp-down parameters via NICE O-View interface, alongside programmable soft-start/soft-stop sequences and custom logic programming. 

The integrated obstacle detection system and automatic self-learning travel limits utilise magnetic or inductive switches depending on model configuration. Diagnostic LEDs facilitate rapid fault identification during installation, while onboard memory logs cycles and error codes for maintenance support. Installation efficiency is enhanced through the BlueBus 2-wire system, reducing wiring complexity and connection errors. Pre-wired internal terminals accommodate photocells, flashing lamps, antennas and safety edges. The redesigned housing provides improved access for service and component maintenance. Smart integration is supported via optional WiFi and GSM modules, enabling remote configuration, diagnostics and operation through the MyNice Pro App. Manual emergency release utilising NICE key system ensures operational continuity during power loss. Package includes motor unit and two remote controls.
